Comment (DeLuca): Great. Unqualified law enforcement gets access to raw, highly personal, medical data to interpret how they wish in pursuit of police priorities - the war on doctors - while simultaneously promoting and ignoring the chilling effect on pain management that will surely intensify a pain crisis that is already a public health nightmare. A fabulously BAD idea.
