Comment: Like many Hurwitz supporters and Pain Relief advocates, I am worn out and brain-numb this morning. So I’ll probably regret trying to understand the verdict, which I am finding more confusing every time I review Mary Baluss’s excellent charge by charge, Guilty/Not Guilty breakdown of the verdict.

I’ll post my Initial Confusions about this verdict soon.
