Comment (DeLuca): NOT. GOOD. ENOUGH. Dr. Bordeaux et al. deserve ZERO prison time - anything else reinforces the ‘chilling effect’ and deepens the Pain Crisis in America. Defense attorney Stutsman plans to ask the Supreme Court to review the case.
