Hi Fran,

Yup, Dr. R. Martinez is the real deal. A doctor who actually holds the interests of the patient before her highest, not the policeman's who is looking over her shoulder. I reviewed a lot of her charts - it was sort of weird. All in the cases the govt was trying to convict her on, for 'inappropriate prescribing,' the patients got better! And some of these people were really hurt; I'll never forget the images of a huge ulcerating leg wound that she patiently managed to perfection. The govt said she wasn't being a doctor in her handling of that case? HUH? Well she won; her clinic never closed for even a day. (It was scary as all hell - the govt win about 95% or 97% of federal drug crime cases against physicians.)

Good for you, Fran; enjoy a real doctor-patient relationship! (Like night and day, is it not?) :-) Please give Rosa my love when you next see her. Thanks. ..alex...

I've meet Dr.Martinez after being treated by other Dr.'s who gave me the run around after getting hurt at my employment. I had been feeling such pain that one physican gave me benaryl, come on now how was that going to help with my injury? I made a self referral to Dr. Martinez whom I had never heard of nor meet. What I would like the public to know is that she is kind, and so willing to hear me out, I now am do so much better and looking for employment. I want to thank her for being such a wonderful Dr. Thank You Dr.Martinez!

Dr Rosa Martinez was my moms doctor for years also. My mom has been dead for 6 years, it was determined that Martinez was not criminally responsible but no matter what anyone says Rosa Martinez was/is responsible for my mothers death this is nothing but a fact. I'm not saying she is the only responsible party many factors caused my mothers death (including herself) but Rosa Martinez is a major reason my mom is dead.

Hi Jerry - hi Teresa;

I reviewed her charts for the Court. Dr. Rosa Martinez was and is a fine Family Doc. The govt was absolutely wrong - the care rendered by her was excellent, and her patients got better under her care. Which is what I argued. Period.

Dr. roza martinez has been my Doctor for 8 years of my life she has always been there for my health, she was there for me when my 21 year old son passed away she listen to my problem of dealing with the passing. she is a good caring doc. why all this red tape crap i think you pain relief network are taking one dr. and trying to make some kind of a exzample out of roza maybe its dicrimanation i dont know but she does not deserve this
